We can produce flexo plates up to 24" x 30" and can hold a 3% dot. We make our plates at 133 or 150 line screen from your film or film produced in our Digital Prepress Department. Turn around time on flexo plates varies as screen/vignette plates require twice the drying time as line art. In most cases, when film is provided or proof approval is made by 12:00 pm EST, your plates can ship the same day. We can accept later approvals but we will be limited to UPS Overnight shipping only for same day shipping. Key Points
